Wer A sagt, muss auch B sagen.

Okt. 23-4, 2008. Remember I'm 25 and Asako's in Bali right now.

Honestly, it was a bit tough day.

Since I certainly lost something.

But not a bad way at all because it gave me some idea on time.

Therefore, I'll start a few things from now.

1. Job hunting in Europe.

2. Studying German.

3. Studying medicinal plants.

4. Making connections.

5. Trying to write my blog in German?!!!

here's my first word..........Wer A sagt, muss auch B sagen :)

drink

I'm at work.

I have a cup of coffee in front of me and it has been there a while. Even though this office is warm enough, my drink gets cold pretty quick.

This tells me how we can retain our body temperature is...amazing. ya ya, we know it.

In other words...

birdseye maple

1. Birdseye Maple.

I've realized that it may be something I was missing for a long time. I even felt like I was in the art museum just walking around in the old furniture stores. Just standing up in the old furnitures and antiques made me wanna stay there forever. Weird? Well, I like old stuff. One thing caught my eyes was the furniture made from "Birdseye Maple".

"Birdseye maple is a phenomenon that occurs within several kinds of maple for unknown reasons. It has a distinctive pattern that resembles tiny, swirling eyes disrupting the smooth lines of grain. Research into the cultivation of birdeye maple has so far discounted the theories that it is caused by pecking birds deforming the wood grain or that an infecting fungus makes it twist. However, no oone has demonstrated a complete understanding of the combination of climate, soil, tree variety, innsects, viruses or genetic mutation that reliably produces the effect. "

I guess that's why this is nature's art which believed to be touched by King Midas in Greek mythology. For his ability to turn everyting he touched into gold, the Midas touch, I thought I just went to the club in Roppongi called "Midas". Now I'd like to ask about this to the owner of the club...or not.

Anyways, it was interesting to know.

2. Public Speaking.

Never thought of me doing this in some sort of organization but....why not. I did several presentation or speech at the college though. This may be the great chance. So. I'll write more about this later.

3. Swans in Russia.

How could I expect I could have a chance to meet the great scientist. He is from Russia and is working in Japan as a researcher in several firled of Biology. He told me that he has an Ornithologist friend in Russia. Now I'd like to know his/her name so bad. Seriously, I'd love to go see birds overthere...sometime soon. Oh, hopefully some fish too....if I can scuba dive overthere though.

We're scientists.

4. Tokyo.

There must be so many opinions about this place called "Tokyo". Some people told me it's a best place to live because everything is there. I donno. But, it's true that people from all over the world are here for Business, Fashion, Music, Sports, Art, Research, and more stuff. I'm not from here but I am here now. Just like everyone else, this place must have something that could gather people up.

Since I'll be around here awhile, I have time to see what "it" is. It's pretty nice.

myd chtree1@ work.

I guess it's the time I'm starting to see those Christmas trees around....even at my work.

= It's a good time to get a license for scuba diving.

It has been one of my dreams forever...
